For Therapists, this may include professional qualifications, practice details, and session notes as part of the therapy process.

For Clients, this may include health-related data, session preferences, and any information necessary for providing therapeutic services.

Usage Data

We may automatically collect information about your interaction with the platform, including your device type, IP address, browser type, session metadata (such as session duration and features used), and cookies.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us remember your preferences, analyze how you use the platform, and improve functionality. These may include both session cookies (which are deleted once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device for a set period). Anonymized Session Data

For quality improvement and training purposes, we may create anonymized session transcripts using Large Language Model (LLM) technology. Please note that no video or audio recordings are stored, and session data is anonymized to protect your privacy.
